Me and my boyfriend want to go to Paris for our anniversary and we’re 17. So I was wondering if that was old enough to book a hotel?

My wife and I are traveling to Europe in October. Our last stop will be 4 days in Paris on our Anniversary. I would like to spend at least 2 of those days in a really nice hotel…. most importantly, I want to have a view of the Eiffel Tower from our Hotel room on the Night-of and the Morning-after of our Anniversary.
Any suggestions?
