There are, indeed, two tour companies offering guided tours. But, if you have 3-4 days for Paris the best and the cheapest way to see the "must see" places is by walking. Take a map of the city, for free from a hotel, than visit, step by step all the beauties of Paris. Of course, 4 days will be not enough to see all, but you didn’t mention nothing about the time you want/can to spend in Paris, so…. Anyway, Bon voyage!
