Lucky? I would say yes.
Happy? It all depends on how she is taking things in her life. Not all rich people are happy and not all poor people are unhappy.
Happiness is a personal thing, it doesn’t depend on the amount of money one has.
When people find mindless pursuit of pleasure doesn’t give them happiness, they experiment with all sources of pleasure, that is why you see so many rich, celebrities doing drugs, crime, promiscuity etc.
